Carlotta began her career in real estate in Austin, Tx in the early ’80s. While juggling children, she sold land and ranches in the hill country. As the children grew and more time was available, she turned toward residential and finding homes for families.

Carolyn joined the team after graduating from Texas State University, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Born in the United Kingdom, she moved to The Woodlands in 2002. As a resident of The Woodlands for over 10 years, she has witnessed the amazing growth in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. Having lived overseas and traveled extensively throughout her life, Carolyn takes pride in being educated in many world cultures. Josey joined The Ferester team in 2011. She brings the team a proven track record and strong business acumen from years of service with the Bank of Canada, and corporate sales for a major European airline. Having relocated several times she understands what families on the move need. Most importantly through the use of the latest in cloud based tools, and her knowledge of the local community she develops solid strategies to meet all her clients real estate needs. Josey is trilingual speaking French, Italian, English, and has made Houston and The Woodlands home for the past 12 years.
Alisa Parsons has been a resident of the Houston area since 1980, moving to South Montgomery County in 1995. She has seen the community more than double in size in population and understands the climate of change in The Woodlands and the surrounding areas. Having been a business owner providing services in the legal field for 20 years, Alisa brings with that experience extensive attention to detail. After 20 years of being with Coldwell Banker, she has returned home to be a part of The Beth Ferester & Co. team. She uses her teaching background to properly inform her clients and coach them in the buying and selling process. Jade started her real estate career in 2001, selling new homes for a local builder. She had a successful career in new homes before joining an award winning team at Remax for eight years. Jade was the marketing director for the team focusing on selling the team’s large inventory of homes.
Adding to her knowledge of marketing homes, Jade and her long-time friend started a staging company to prepare homes for the market, making faster and higher dollar sales for the team.
Joining the elite team at Beth Ferester & Company, Jade continues her staging and marketing while also offering her “eye for the values of homes” to buyers. Raising two boys and being involved in their schools and sports activities, Jade understands family needs. Her unique combination of skills, makes Jade Hearn an outstanding choice for both buyers and sellers.
For Louise Blanchard, real estate is a natural fit. Before becoming a Realtor, she was a practicing attorney for almost a decade. As a Realtor, she is able to combine her communications skills, contract training and negotiating savvy with her love of helping people. Kristin Tidwell started her career in Real Estate in January 2014, and joined Beth’s team in December 2016. She has always been in the service industry and loves meeting and working with new people.

After relocating to Bucks County, Pennsylvania for 10 years a spark ignited Melissa King’s interest in the journey of relocating and the real estate profession. Thrilled to call the Houston area home again, Melissa King brings a strategic yet personal approach to the home buying and selling process. Drawing from years of experience as a change management consultant in the tech industry, Melissa has built a reputation for her refreshingly friendly customer service coupled with her proven ability to be detailed oriented and helpful to everyone who works with her. As a native Houstonian, Melissa has extensive knowledge of the Greater Houston area and loves calling The Woodlands home.
Melissa graduated with a BA in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and went to Bellaire High School. In her free time, Melissa enjoys volunteering at her sons’ school and can be seen assisting in many areas of the community. She is especially proud of the work she does with her therapy dog, Gracie. They bring smiles and comfort to children in Conroe ISD and other elementary schools and hospitals in the area.
Susan and her family have called The Woodlands home since the fall of 2000. Susan has enjoyed great success in her real estate career starting as rookie of the year in 2002, to achieving top 25 in Houston for individual agent in 2007, and she consistently finished in top 25 for sales volume at her previous large office broker.

Susan credits her achievements in real estate with her passion for helping people as well as strong communication, marketing and negotiation skills. Prior to real estate Susan practiced as a licensed Physical Therapist in a variety of hospital and outpatient settings. In this capacity she honed her listening skills along with developing patience and finesse at handling difficult interactions and challenging situations.
Having moved to many states with her family over the years, Susan can empathize with her relocation clients as they make a major move either in or out of the Houston market. Courtney Ferester O’Grady
Courtney Ferester O’Grady graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Masters Degree in Professional Accounting. Sharing her mother’s love of Real Estate, she also became a licensed real estate agent in the early 1990’s so she could join Ferester and Company Realtors during her breaks from college.
Courtney worked for several years as a CPA with Ernst & Young and later with Baker Hughes before meeting her husband John on an overseas audit. John’s job with Shell Oil took them to Aberdeen, Scotland where they spend the next twenty years raising their three children – Spencer, JP and Kayleigh.
Courtney and her family moved back ‘home’ to Houston / The Woodlands in 2017 to once again join the family business, Beth Ferester & Company. They are enjoying everything that The Woodlands has to offer and Kayleigh is loving her first year at The John Cooper School.
Real Estate has long been a part of Courtney’s life. She has helped her family in the business from the time she was a teenager. While overseas, she had the opportunity to participate in the development of a variety of properties, giving her a first-hand insight into the possibilities that real estate offers both as a personal asset and as an investment.
Courtney’s collective experience in real estate, accounting and property development combine to make her a highly valued asset to Beth Ferester & Company.
Lupita Padilla has been a long-time resident of The Woodlands and an experienced real estate agent for many years. Lupita and her family love The Woodlands where she enjoys helping many families find the perfect home here. At the same time, Lupita sells in other parts of Houston and has represented several new home builders where she obtained her extensive knowledge to assist new home buyers through the process.
Lupita is a true “people person” and takes great pride in getting to know her buyers and sellers and giving them the ultimate in quality service. In addition to her real estate expertise, she is bilingual, fluent in Spanish along with English.

Lisa graduated from Purdue University with nursing and psychology degrees and enjoyed a long career as an RN in critical care, OR and recovery. Her previous career has carried over into her real estate career as someone who cares about her clients and is detail oriented.
Lisa has had extensive experience relocating around the country ten times with her husband Bob during their married life. They have two children and one grandchild and have lived in The Woodlands for many years, participating in charity and social activities, and building long time contacts and friends in all fields of business focussed on Houston and surrounding areas.
Having her license for several years, Lisa began her real estate career in Oregon before moving back to The Woodlands. Her clients rave about her high quality service and attention to details which shows in every transaction and is driven by her desire to help others and listen to their needs in both buying and selling.
Sandy is a native Houstonian and has lived in several Woodlands neighborhoods over the years, currently in Grogans Forest. She has also lived in the Heights and Lake Conroe, giving her a well -rounded knowledge of assisting buyers and sellers in these various areas.
Originally, Sandy worked in corporate America for 27+ years, where she was responsible for global marketing communications leading to her extensive knowledge of marketing. Managing a staff of 60 in her job along with multiple contractors and vendors, gave her experience in multi-tasking and understanding deadlines.
Once she left the corporate career, she designed, built, decorated and opened an Inn and restaurant on an island in Maine, while building her own home there. Both the Inn and the home were featured in several magazines including Better Homes and Gardens.
Deciding to sell the inn and her home on the island, Sandy returned to The Woodlands and launched her successful real estate career in 2011, moving to Beth Ferester & Company in 2018. She still maintains a home in Maine, but focuses on her real estate career. Whether buying or selling, Sandy knows the area and can assist you in finding or selling that perfect place called home.
Ashiana R Wong
Ashiana R Wong brings to the Ferester office a vast knowledge of international experience and travel. Ashiana’s speaks three languages including Dutch. Her multicultural background and previous international travels and residencies has led her to be accustomed to diverse cultures and allows her help clients relocate with ease. She displays a high level of responsiveness and professionalism when dealing with any situation. Ashiana showcases principles of empathy and understanding to help better relate to her clients with her down-to-earth personality.
