Carlotta Morris

Carlotta began her career in real estate in Austin, Tx in the early ’80s. While juggling children, she sold land and ranches in the hill country. As the children grew and more time was available, she turned toward residential and finding homes for families.

After moving to The Woodlands in the early ’90s she continued helping families with their real estate needs. Her strengths include communication from beginning to beyond the sale and negotiating the best result for her clients. “ I am passionate about my career, my clients and positive outcomes!

Carolyn Swan

Carolyn joined the team after graduating from Texas State University, with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Born in the United Kingdom, she moved to The Woodlands in 2002. As a resident of The Woodlands for over 10 years, she has witnessed the amazing growth in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. Having lived overseas and traveled extensively throughout her life, Carolyn takes pride in being educated in many world cultures. Her greatest strengths are her hard work, outgoing personality, and not stopping till her clients are satisfied. Any client demand or need, Customer Service is her highest priority. Carolyn’s goal is to make moving as simple and pleasant as possible.

Josey Varacalli

Josey joined The Ferester team in 2011. She brings the team a proven track record and strong business acumen from years of service with the Bank of Canada, and corporate sales for a major European airline. Having relocated several times she understands what families on the move need. Most importantly through the use of the latest in cloud based tools, and her knowledge of the local community she develops solid strategies to meet all her clients real estate needs. Josey is trilingual speaking French, Italian, English, and has made Houston and The Woodlands home for the past 12 years.

Alisa Parsons

Alisa Parsons has been a resident of the Houston area since 1980, moving to South Montgomery County in 1995. She has seen the community more than double in size in population and understands the climate of change in The Woodlands and the surrounding areas. Having been a business owner providing services in the legal field for 20 years, Alisa brings with that experience extensive attention to detail. Alisa believes in the Golden Rule and treats her clients with unparalleled personal service. She understands buying and/or selling a home is a stressful and emotional process and partners with her clients in an effort to make the process as seamless as possible.

Donna Ellis

Donna began her real estate career in 1991 and after a short time joined Ferester & Company, a prestigious team in the FM 1960 and The Woodlands areas, which eventually was acquired by Coldwell Banker United, Realtors. After 20 years of being with Coldwell Banker, she has returned home to be a part of The Beth Ferester & Co. team. She uses her teaching background to properly inform her clients and coach them in the buying and selling process. As the President of CBU Steve Barnes once stated,” Donna embodies everything that we strive to be for the consumer, and does it with grace, intelligence and care.” Her client, Jason Simmons with Shell Oil described her by saying, “Donna stands out from the rest due to her professionalism, work ethic and no-nonsense approach.” Her hard work is rewarded with constant personal referrals from her clients, which is the highest form of a compliment that an agent can receive. Donna holds professional, educational and experience designations ranging from ABR, Accredited Buyer Representative, to CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, which is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents.

Louise Blanchard

For Louise Blanchard, real estate is a natural fit. Before becoming a Realtor, she was a practicing attorney for almost a decade. As a Realtor, she is able to combine her communications skills, contract training and negotiating savvy with her love of helping people. Providing a high level of service and understanding to help families find their most important investment, their new home.

Louise has a deep concern for the needs of her clients and prides herself in being able to facilitate the real estate process and create solutions where other people may see problems. Very detail-and goal-oriented, Louise’s experience has taught her to recognize and meet her clients’ needs and desires and to understand and quickly analyze shifting markets and environments.

Louise is active in The Woodlands community where she and her family, live, work and play. And, as the mother of two young girls, Louise brings the bonus of first-hand knowledge of schools, family- friendly areas and family activities in The Woodlands.

Kristin Tidwell

Kristin Tidwell started her career in Real Estate in January 2014, and joined Beth’s team in December 2016. She has always been in the service industry and loves meeting and working with new people.

Kristin specializes in getting homes ready to be put on the market by working with potential clients to maximize the selling features of their home to get the best price.

Being a resident of North Montgomery county for the past 10+ years she is very knowledgeable of the area and market trends.

Melissa King

After relocating to Bucks County, Pennsylvania for 10 years a spark ignited Melissa King’s interest in the journey of relocating and the real estate profession. Thrilled to call the Houston area home again, Melissa King brings a strategic yet personal approach to the home buying and selling process. Drawing from years of experience as a change management consultant in the tech industry, Melissa has built a reputation for her refreshingly friendly customer service coupled with her proven ability to be detailed oriented and helpful to everyone who works with her. As a native Houstonian, Melissa has extensive knowledge of the Greater Houston area and loves calling The Woodlands home.

Melissa graduated with a BA in psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and went to Bellaire High School. In her free time, Melissa enjoys volunteering at her sons’ school and can be seen assisting in many areas of the community. She is especially proud of the work she does with her therapy dog, Gracie. They bring smiles and comfort to children in Conroe ISD and other elementary schools and hospitals in the area.

Beatriz Manchado

Beatriz is an entrepreneur and mother of three. Fluent in English & Spanish, with a degree in Economics, her experience in International Business is unparalleled and her focus on customer service has provided her with an advantage to anyone looking to sell or relocate.

Lisa Hoogenboom

Lisa graduated from Purdue University with nursing and psychology degrees and enjoyed a long career as an RN in critical care, OR and recovery. Her previous career has carried over into her real estate career as someone who cares about her clients and is detail oriented.

Lisa has had extensive experience relocating around the country ten times with her husband Bob during their married life. They have two children and one grandchild and have lived in The Woodlands for many years, participating in charity and social activities, and building long time contacts and friends in all fields of business focussed on Houston and surrounding areas.

Having her license for several years, Lisa began her real estate career in Oregon before moving back to The Woodlands. Her clients rave about her high quality service and attention to details which shows in every transaction and is driven by her desire to help others and listen to their needs in both buying and selling.

Sandy Sturrock

Sandy is a native Houstonian and has lived in several Woodlands neighborhoods over the years, currently in Grogans Forest. She has also lived in the Heights and Lake Conroe, giving her a well -rounded knowledge of assisting buyers and sellers in these various areas.

Originally, Sandy worked in corporate America for 27+ years, where she was responsible for global marketing communications leading to her extensive knowledge of marketing. Managing a staff of 60 in her job along with multiple contractors and vendors, gave her experience in multi-tasking and understanding deadlines.

Once she left the corporate career, she designed, built, decorated and opened an Inn and restaurant on an island in Maine, while building her own home there. Both the Inn and the home were featured in several magazines including Better Homes and Gardens.

Deciding to sell the inn and her home on the island, Sandy returned to The Woodlands and launched her successful real estate career in 2011, moving to Beth Ferester & Company in 2018. She still maintains a home in Maine, but focuses on her real estate career. Whether buying or selling, Sandy knows the area and can assist you in finding or selling that perfect place called home.

Darlene Bonniwell

Darlene began her real estate career of over 35 years in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. She graduated from the Ohio State University with degrees in English and Psychology. Before discovered her true passion for real estate, she was a high school English teach. She has four grown children and 2 grandsons.

Darlene sold new construction and preowned homes in Cleveland for 14 years before a corporate relocation move with Shell Oil brought her family to The Woodlands, which she has proudly worked and called home since 1991. She is an expert on the local market. She listens carefully to her clients wishes and uses her years of real estate experience and extensive business network to help her clients not only find their perfect house but also feel at home in their new community.

She is a past president of FIABCI (The International Real Estate Federation) Houston Council, a Leadership Montgomery County Alumnae, a Corporate Relocation Specialist, a Platinum Luxury Home Specialist and has expertise in working with estates.

Brianna Masterson

Brianna’s number one priority is to provide superior service to her clients. Whether buying or selling, she aims to seamlessly guide clients through transactions while ultimately achieving their Real Estate dreams. Having lived in Houston, Pearland, Conroe and now The Woodlands, she has first-hand knowledge of multiple markets in the Greater Houston Area.

As a second-generation REALTOR®, the transition from her corporate role in Healthcare and Compliance & Ethics to Real Estate came naturally. She bought her first multi-family unit at the age of 19 and that property proudly paid her complete undergraduate education. Brianna continues to actively buy and sell investment and personal properties of her own; utilizing her unique perspective and experience to help others do the same.

Brianna graduated from Texas A&M University and received an MBA from Amberton University. She is committed to life-long education and continues to pursue designations in Real Estate to maintain a position at the forefront of the industry.

She and her husband, Joe, have two young children and can often be found participating in various activities in our lively community. As an active member of service and volunteer organizations, including Junior League of The Woodlands, Brianna genuinely cares for and supports her local community.

Marilyn Carson

A dedicated entrepreneur, Marilyn’s background in Marketing has laid the foundation for her highly successful real estate career. Marilyn graduated from St. Agnes Academy and graduated from The University of Houston with a BA in Marketing. Marilyn began her real estate career over 20 years ago as the first agent to join Beth Ferester’s new mentor program launched at Ferester & Company in 1997. Learning from the best, Marilyn quickly became one of the top 100 Realtors in Houston and maintained that status for over 18 years. Marilyn and her husband Clay were relocated to NW Florida for five years where they resided in Seagrove Beach on Hwy 30A. Marilyn continued her real estate career as an associate for Rosemary Beach Realty, selling over $75 million in luxury real estate and investment properties and still retains her license and ties to that market.

Marilyn’s growing family called her back home to Houston where she has reunited with her longtime friend and mentor as an associate at Beth Ferester & Company. Marilyn and her husband reside in Liberty Branch in Creekside Park, The Woodlands. An expert marketer and negotiator, Marilyn’s secret to success has always been market knowledge, identifying trends and simply listening to peoples’ needs. She brings and unmatched sense of passion and enthusiasm to the table. Whether you are selling or buying, Marilyn will provide you with a very high level of service and expertise.

Kadie Rose

Kadie Rose has been a lifetime resident of Houston, TX, and a graduate from Texas Tech University with a degree in Hospitality Management. With a background in hospitality, Kadie has a true passion for serving those in the community, which led her to a career in real estate as well as home staging. Her natural eye for interior design provided her the opportunity to work with two of our other agents and their staging company.

Before Kadie started her career in real estate, she worked in the oil and gas industry as a Marketing Specialist. This experience has allowed her to promote her real estate and home staging services to those in the area.

Grace Ferester Petty

Grace Ferester Petty has her real estate license and is interning with her Grandmother, Beth Ferester, during the summers. Grace attends Texas A&M where she is majoring in Leadership and Development. She is a member of Alpha Chi Omega and will graduate with the class of 2022. With a 4.0 grade average, Grace is advancing her knowledge of her major while working with her grandmother and gaining insight into the real estate “world”. Grace is learning, from all the seasoned agents at Beth Ferester & Company, how to navigate the real estate business. At the same time, she is sharing her creative and innovative ideas with us, helping us market and sell homes.

Cindy Rendon

After running a successful photography business for four years Cindy Rendon, a native Houstonian, joined the Ferester team as a social media and marketing specialist.

The same skills and experience that made her successful as a small business owner have prepared her for a career in real estate. Cindy has an eye for detail, speaks multiple languages, and has an outgoing, driven personality that all allow her to be innovative and client focused.

While striving for excellence and keeping the traditional values of the industry, Cindy is also introducing new methods and perspectives from her experience in business, photography, graphic design, and marketing.

As an agent she is committed to using her knowledge and experience to serve her clients and help guide them with the buying or selling of their home.

Melissa Terry

Originally from DFW, Melissa moved to North Houston with her husband and three children in 2017. She understands what it is like to stand in her clients’ shoes. Whether it is relocating, buying or selling a home, Melissa has a sensitivity towards her client’s journey and needs. She has navigated through the Conroe ISD school system, serving on several committees, and chairing extra-curricular organizations while gaining a full understanding of the diverse wants of families in the community.
